The Universidad de las Americas. A.C. UDLACDMX, establishes, reviews and evaluates several measure of student achievement using three basic indicators:
STANDARD OF ACHIEVEMENT

Terminal Efficiency: In Mexico the indicator used to measure the success of a program is Terminal Efficiency, which allows us to know the percentage of students who complete their studies regularly and within the established time.

General Exam for students graduating from a Bachelor`s degree: The Universidad de las Américas, A.C. applies a General Exam for students graduating from a Bachelor`s degree as part of the graduation requirements.
- Employment Index: Another indicator that allows measuring the achievement of graduates of the Bachelor`s and Master`s Degrees, is the Employment Index, wich is obtained from the data obtained by following former students during their first year of graduation.
GOALS (ACHIEVEMENT LEVEL)

Terminal Efficiency: That 70% of students of one generation finish and complete all program courses in the time set for them.

General Exam for students graduating from a Bachelor`s degree: That 80% of graduates obtain satisfactory and outstanding results when taking the exam, first or second time.

Employment Index: That at least 40% of graduates have employment during their first year of leaving.
