Movimiento, presencia y bienestar La Universidad de las Américas, A.C. (UDLACDMX) ha concebido históricamente la educación como un proceso que trasciende la formación profesional. Educar implica también promover el desarrollo humano, la salud integral, la creatividad, el equilibrio emocional y la construcción de comunidades más conscientes y resilientes. Ubicada en el corazón de la colonia Roma, una de las zonas más dinámicas y multiculturales de la Ciudad de México, nuestra universidad convive diariamente con una comunidad diversa integrada por estudiantes, profesionistas, artistas, emprendedores, residentes locales y un creciente número de visitantes y residentes internacionales. En respuesta a las necesidades contemporáneas de bienestar físico, mental y emocional, la UDLACDMX presenta su Programa de Bienestar Integral, una propuesta formativa que busca generar espacios de encuentro, aprendizaje y transformación a través del movimiento consciente. Este programa reúne tres experiencias complementarias que comparten una misma convicción: el cuerpo no es únicamente un instrumento para actuar en el mundo; es también un espacio de conocimiento, conexión y desarrollo personal.

Movement, Presence and Well-Being The University of the Americas, A.C. (UDLACDMX) has always understood education as a process that goes far beyond professional training. Education also means fostering human development, holistic health, creativity, emotional balance, and the creation of stronger and more resilient communities. Located in the heart of Mexico City's Roma district—one of the city's most vibrant and multicultural neighborhoods—our university is part of a diverse community that includes students, professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, local residents, and a growing international population. In response to today's increasing need for physical, mental, and emotional well-being, UDLACDMX proudly presents its Wellness Program: a series of learning experiences designed to promote personal growth through mindful movement and body awareness. The program brings together three complementary workshops that share a common belief: the body is not merely an instrument through which we move in the world—it is also a pathway to knowledge, connection, and personal transformation.
ROOT OF FLIGHT Grounding, Trusting and Rising Through Movement Drawing from Acroyoga, mindfulness practices, and relational exploration, this workshop creates opportunities for human connection through trust, presence, and collaborative movement. Participants will develop body awareness, communication skills, emotional regulation, and confidence while exploring movement as a shared experience.
A UNIVERSITY ENGAGED WITH ITS COMMUNITY Through this initiative, UDLACDMX reaffirms its commitment to providing meaningful educational experiences that contribute to individual and community well-being. The Wellness Program seeks to become a welcoming space for those who wish to cultivate greater awareness, improve their quality of life, strengthen the relationship with their bodies, and join a community dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth.
