General Policy: Recruitment, Selection and Evaluation of Personnel

Recruit and hire staff with sufficient qualifications and skills to provide quality education service that meet the mission and goals of the institution, without distinction of race, sex, religion, political beliefs, social status or physical abilities.

The success of this policy is the commitment of the institution to assess the performance of its staff, identifying training needs and development, giving awards and reviewing career aspirations of our employees.
